Photography for wellbeing
Photography is a powerful tool to connect with the world and share your story.
I create workshops and events that give people space to slow down and explore their creativity. Through photography, writing, and simple creative exercises, I encourage mindful observation and self-expression. It is not about camera skills or taking perfect photos, but about noticing, reflecting, and enjoying the process.
Please note: While this idea and my other work may draw from my training as a counsellor and coach, it does not include formal counselling or coaching.
About My Work
Person-centred approach
My focus remains on the people in front of me, and how using a camera and photography can benefit their wellbeing. I’m always happy to adapt workshops and experiences to suit anyone!
Drawing from experience
I’m trained as a counsellor and coach, and have supported individuals on their journey. Although this work does not directly include formal counselling, it draws on my experience and training as a counsellor to provide a holistic approach to improving wellbeing.
