Community Running Group | Up The Tempo
“Up The Tempo, a Community Interest Company, provide Free of Charge, Community Couch to 5k running programmes. They have been hosting these in Eaton Park since 2016 having had well over 500 Participants take part so far.” - Up The Tempo Website.
Dudley got in contact with me wanting a refresh of his organisation’s photos for the website. He wanted to capture the feeling of the group and it’s community but also show the shape of the sessions by capturing a session start to finish. From the first hello’s, to the run, to the stretching afterwards. The group has such a wonderful, welcoming feel and I really enjoyed going for a coffee in the Eaton park cafe with everyone after (I didn’t photograph that bit!). I definitely felt inspired to bring more movement into my life after.
