My Personal Photographic Practice Lately

I have amazing news! I have been successful in my application for a Developing Your Creative Practice grant from @aceagrams. The name of my project is Refocusing from the Product to the Process: looking beyond the digital image to find tangibility and slowness in my creative practice. So what does that mean?

I am grateful to say that I will have the time to explore what creativity & photography look like when it’s just for me.

I have been searching for my personal practice for a long time, and I feel the deepest excitement to step into it in a way I haven't had resources to do before.

Photography has always been at the heart of my life and it is core to how I experience and interpret the world. I can’t wait to discover what’s waiting for me.

I will, of course, continue my work with businesses and building my mindful photography and wellbeing offer. All of which I am equally passionate about.

The photos I have taken recently, with individuals, with businesses, and by myself, have been among the best I have ever taken, and I feel the closest I have felt to the core of what I want to make so it’s the perfect time to focus in & learn. Here are a selection.
